These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the above said CMAs'.

2. Mr.A.Jagathishkumar, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent. Though notice has been served on the second respondent, he has not appeared before this Court in person or through counsel.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and accordingly, the petitions are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeals and post the matters in the usual course.
