ORDER

(Made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The matter pertains to the dumping of waste at a particular site.

2. The original grievance of the petitioner was that despite an alternative site being allocated and earmarked, dumping continued to be at the site complained of, causing much nuisance and harassment to the petitioner and others. However, the petitioner now says that despite the alternative site not being used, the dumping of waste at the site complained of has stopped.

3. In view of such development, the petitioner does not wish to pursue the petition.

4. W.P.No.3455 of 2018, filed in public interest, is disposed of on the petitioner's above submission. Consequently, W.M.P.No.4229 of 2018 is closed. There will be no order as to costs.
