PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.,to direct the disposal of petition in C.M.P. No.435 of 2019 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Gudiyatham expeditiously and within a stipulated period.

ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Gudiyatham to dispose the petition in C.M.P. No.435 of 2019.

2. It is seen that the petitioners have filed a petition in C.M.P.No.435 of 2019 as against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents 1 to 5 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Gudiyatham, under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C and the same is pending. Hence, the petitioners have filed the present petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the sixth and seventh respondents.

4. In view of the above, without going into merits of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham, is directed to complete the enquiry and pass order in C.M.P.No.435 of 2019, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
