This application has been filed only to extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

2. Mr.C.Krishna Karthi, learned counsel appears and undertakes to file Vakalat on behalf of the respondent. He submits that he has no objection for allowing this application.

3. In view of the same, this Application stands allowed. Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by six months from today to pass an Award.
