Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, the delay of 134 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.A.C.Kumaragurubaran, counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.P.Suresh Srinivasan, counsel for the 4th respondent, at the time of admission.
