Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 05.06.2017, arising out of a Patta proceedings. Admittedly, as against the said order, further remedy by way of an appeal lies before the first respondent.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already the petitioner has filed such appeal before the first respondent.
5. If that be the case, I failed to understand as to how the present writ petition is filed before this Court, challenging the very same order passed by the second respondent. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal already filed by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
