ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue assignment patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.
2. The petitioner claims that she is in possession of the land morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition for a long number of years and she
has been doing cultivation. The petitioner seeks for assignment of the said land in her favour. She had given representations on 23.07.2025 and 18.08.2025 to the respondents, seeking for assignment of the land in her favour. Along with her representations, the petitioner had also submitted supporting documents. Since the representations have not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.
3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's
representations dated 23.07.2025 and 18.08.2025, seeking for issuance of assignment patta in her favour for the land morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire
