PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body of the detenue, namely, Arvinth, son of A.Saravanan, who's whereabout not known right from 11.08.2017, and produce the detenue before this Court, and set him at liberty.
