This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2441 of 2018 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai. 2.It is seen that P.W.1 to P.W.4 have already been examined and at this stage, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the trial Court namely Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai to complete the trial in C.C.No.2441 of 2018 on it's file within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
