By this application, the Official Liquidator seeks to implead the Special District Revenue Officer cum Competent Authority (Land Acquisition National Highways, Tiruvallur District) instead of National 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Highways Authority of India, Koyambedu, Chennai as a respondent in SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J rna Comp.A.No.258 of 2024. It is stated in the affidavit in support of the application that, inadvertently, the wrong authority was impleaded. Therefore this application.

2. Learned counsel for the proposed party states that the authority mentioned in this application is the appropriate authority to be impleaded.

3. Therefore, this application is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the applicant is directed to carry out the amendments in Comp.A.No.258 of 2024 on or before 04.04.2025.
