This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.35394 of 2025 order dated 30.12.2025, passed by this __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.35394 of 2025 order dated 30.12.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
