This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C. No.77 of 2020 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate-II, Krishnagiri.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
