This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with the production of the Certified Copy of the fair and decreetal order dated 21.12.2017 passed in E.a.No.997 of 2017 in E.P.No.27 of 2017 in O.S.No.48 of 2006 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore for the present.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered.

4. However, the petitioner shall produce the original order at a later point of time.
