This application has been filed to clarify the Order of this Court dated 21.02.2018 in C.A.No.744 of 2016 in C.P.No.90 of 2003.

2. Notice has been served on the respondent and AOS has also been filed. Despite the same, there is no representation for the respondents.

3. In view of the same, the Official Liquidator shall issue notice to impleaded persons and in the event their failure to appear before the Official Liquidator, the Official Liquidator is directed to execute the sale deed in favour of the applicants.

4. This application is Ordered accordingly.
