This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in the above Crl.O.P.No.25850 of 2022 dated 27.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is duly complying the condition imposed on him by this Court to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. However, due to his medical ailment, the petitioner is not able to continue the compliance of condition to report before the respondent police until further orders and he was advised to restrain social interactions. Therefore, he has filed this petition to modify the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that so far, the petitioner has complied the condition for the period of three weeks.

4. Considering the above submission, the condition to report before the respondent police is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly twice until filing of final report.

5. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 25850 of 2022 vide order dated 27.01.2023 shall remain unalterted.
