The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the first to third respondents to consider the representation dated 28.02.2021 made by the petitioner seeking action as against the fourth to sixth respondents herein.
2. It is seen that there is a Temple, viz., Sri Maha Maari Amman Temple situated at Rajapalayam Village, Veerapandi Taluk, Salem District. According to the petitioners, the fourth to sixth respondents herein are not maintaining the Temple in a proper manner and spending the Temple money in a lavish scale. Though the Temple is in a dilapidated condition, the fourth 2/5
to sixth respondents also misappropriated the Temple money. Admittedly, the said Temple is not come under the control of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department and it is a private Temple. If at all disputes with accounts between the petitioner and the fourth to sixth respondents, the petitioner can very well approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief in the manner known to law. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered and the Writ Petition is devoid of merits.
3. In fine, the Writ Petition, is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
