Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No. 453 of 2023, the respondent-Police has closed the case and also filed the closure report before the jurisdictional Court. He further submitted that RCS notice has been served on the complainant and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition.
