2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the records.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 490 days in paying the deficit court fee is condoned.

4.The Registry is directed to number the petition to condone the delay in filing the appeal and post it for hearing on 18.07.2024 along with CMA No.766 of 2023.
