This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 323 days in representing the restoration petition in C.M.P.Sr.No.112249 of 2018 in Tr.C.M.P.No.432 of 2018.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, this petition is ordered on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, on or before 20.04.2021, failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically.

3. With this condition, the miscellaneous petition stands allowed.
