Common Prayer: These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned letter issued by the 2nd Respondent dated 28.01.2015 bearing reference No. 596/COE/ C23/2015 quash the same so far it relates to the petitioners and to further direct the 1st 2nd and 3rd Respondents herein to properly re-evaluate the petitioners internal assessment marks for Architectural Design-I for the 2nd semester examination and meanwhile to permit the petitioners to pursue B.Arch. Degree Course in the 5th Respondent College.

Mr.Muthumani Doraisamy & Mr.Kandhan Doraisamy (For R4&R5) Mr.M.Ravi (ForR6) C O M M O N O R D E R This Court vide order dated 20.04.2015, has ordered notice of motion returnable by 09.06.2015 and also by way of interim measure directed the 2nd respondent to consider the representations dated 21.02.2015 submitted by the respective father of the petitioners in these writ petitions followed by reminders dated 08.03.2015, 31.03.2015 and 02.04.2015, in accordance with law, after putting the concerned persons on notice and pass orders, with a further direction to produce the said orders before this Court in a sealed cover, on the next date of hearing.
2. Mr.M.Vijaya Kumar, learned standing counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3, would submit that in compliance of the interim orders passed by this Court, enquiry has been conducted and the result of the same has been put in the sealed cover and the same is produced before this Court.
3. The report is received and placed on record. The said report shall be kept in the custody of the Registrar (Judicial), High Court, Madras, until further orders.
4. The petitioners have also given letters dated 02.07.2015 to the learned counsel appearing for them to withdraw these writ petitions. Hence, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
