ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case and further investigate based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 09.06.2015 to the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondy) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner, initially an FIR was registered in Crime No.126 of 2013 on 11.09.2013, under section 363 I.P.C altered to girl missing and action was dropped. Thereafter, at the instance of Child Welfare Committee, Puducherry, the case was reopened and fresh FIR has been registered in Crime No.30 of 2015 on 26.02.2015 for serious offences under the Posco Act and the same is pending. Under such circumstance, no further direction need to be given on the complaint dated 09.06.2015 given by the petitioner. Hence, the petition is closed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in Crime No.30 of 2015, in the manner known to law.
