Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and final order dated 19.07.2019 made in I.A.No.235 of 2018 in O.S.No.121 of 2016 on the file of Principal District Judge, Vellore. Prayer in CRP.No.891 of 2020:
Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and final order dated 19.07.2019 made in I.A.No.234 of 2018 in O.S.No. 24 of 2014 on the file of Principal District Judge, Vellore. For petitioner : Mr.V.P. Sengottuvel (in both CRPs) For Respondents: Mr.V.Raghupathi (For R1) (in CRP.890/2020) R2 to R6 Given up R2 and R3 Given up (in CRP.No.891/2020) ----- COMMON ORDER The respondent/plaintiff filed the suit in O.S.No.146 of 2013 for declaration and permanent injunction on the file of District Munsif Court, Katpadi and O.S.No.121 of 2016 and O.S.No.24 of 2014 on the file of Principal District Court, Vellore, both the above civil suits were dismissed as settled out of Court and subsequently, Joint Memo of Compromise dated 30.11.2020 filed by the first respondent is taken on record and shall form part of the order in the Civil Revision Petitions.
2. In view of the Joint Memo of Compromise and the agreement of settlement between the parties, the Civil Revision Petitions are required to dispose of the same. The trial Court is hereby directed that the aforesaid Joint Memo of Compromise should also be recorded as form part of the decree in both suits pending before the Principal District Court, Katpadi and Vellore.
3. The learned Principal District Judge is hereby directed to complete the formalities of recording the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 30.11.2020 filed by the first respondent in the respective suits in O.S.No.121 of 2016 and O.S.No.24 of 2014 pending before the Principal District Court, Vellore within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of the petition before the trial Court.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
