J U D G M E N T

Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.33 of 2009, dated 29.07.2011 on the file of the Principal District Court, Cuddalore, setting aside the judgment and decree passed in O.S. No.95 of 2007, dated 30.04.2009, on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Cuddalore.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent died on 20.03.2018.

3. Already, this Court , by an order dated 14.12.2022 dismissed the Second Appeal as against the second respondent.

4. So far the first respondent is concerned, no steps have been taken to bring the legal representatives of the first respondent in the Second Appeal within the time. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed 2/4
