ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has now become infructuous, in view of the fact that the final report has already been filed and the accused is proved guilty. He also drew the attention of this Court to paragraph No.7 of the counter affidavit of the 4th respondent.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and recording the statement made by the 4th respondent in paragraph No.4 of the counter affidavit, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
