2. Learned counsel for the contesting respondent has no serious objection to this application being allowed. He, however, adds that the schedule for recording evidence could not be adhered to on more than one occasion for reasons attributable to the petitioner.
3. Upon examining the affidavit in support of this application and on considering the nature of documents, this application is liable to be and is hereby allowed as prayed for. It is open to the contesting respondent to file the affidavit of admission/denial of documents in respect thereof and raise objections inter alia on the grounds of admissibility, relevance and proof in course of trial.
