After hearing the arguments of the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner for a considerable length of time, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner was removed from the membership and in respect of certain dispute the civil suit is also pending before the competent civil court of law. When this court expressed an opinion that the present writ petition cannot be entertained in view of the fact that the writ petitioner has not established any legal rights so as to consider the relief as such sought for in this writ petition and the writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
