The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the petitioner received a sum of Rs.49,955/- from the First Respondent, as claimed in the representations dated 05.05.2017 and 21.01.2019 made by him and he has made an endorsement in that effect, which is recorded. Nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.

2.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
