This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to pass orders for the speedy disposal of the petition pending before Learned Magistrate, Thirukazhukundrum (Cr.MP.No.2061/2015) dated 27.04.2015 for directing the respondent to register the complaint dated 12.07.2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. It appears that this petitioner has lodged a complaint in Cr.MP.No.2061 of 2015, on which no orders have been passed. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Cr.M.P.No.2061 of 2015 has been posted to 06.09.2015. Hence the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundrum, is directed to dispose of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Cr.MP.No.2061 of 2015 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, bearing in mind the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court rendered in Mrs.Priyanka Srivastava Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and others in 2015 (4) Scale 120.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
