ORDER

The writ petition is filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to refix the scale of pay of the petitioner at Rs.1640-2900 w.e.f. 01-06-1988 in terms of G.O.Ms.No. 492 (Finance Pay Commissioner) Department dated 11.05.1990 and pay the arrears of salary and refix the pension payable to the petitioner based on the scale of pay of Rs.1640-2900 w.e.f. 01-06-1988.

2. The third respondent has passed an order in Na.Ka.No.5170/V1/E1/2020 dated 04.02.2020. The said rejection order has not been challenged by the petitioner.
