ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that on the basis of the complaint given by one Mohideen Bhasha, which was registered in Crime No.26 of 2016, the respondent police is frequently calling the petitioner and harassing him under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the petition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, on instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not required for enquiry in respect of the case in Crime No.26 of 2016 by the respondent police.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
