The suit has been laid seeking a decree obtained by the defendant in Singapore as null and void. This application is filed to grant leave to the applicants to institute the suit against the defendant.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that entire transaction and the cause of action inter se parties has been taken place within the territorial jurisdiction of the Court.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
