This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem, for speedy trial in C.C.No.351 of 2013.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.727 of 2013 dated 24.09.2013 against the petitioner and the charge sheet filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem in C.C.No.351 of 2013.

4. Considering the Calendar Case of the year is 2013, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem, to complete the trial process in C.C.No.351 of 2013, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
