This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the FIR and investigate the crime on the basis of the complaint dated 6.4.2015 made by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law within a time frame stipulated by this Court. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, the revenue authorities are to take action and hence the petitioner may be directed to make representation before the revenue authorities. 4.

In view of the said submission, the petitioner is directed to make necessary representation before the revenue authorities for surveying the disputed land. If there is any obstruction by the other side, the respondent Police is directed to afford protection to the revenue authorities and to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to survey the land in dispute.

With the above directions, this criminal original petition is closed.
