Petitioner under letter dated 30.09.2021 declaring that the pendency of FIR No.1358 / 2020 before the Kilikolloor Police Station, Kollam District cannot be treated as an adverse / unsatisfactory Police report to cancel the appointment given to the Petitioner by the issue of letter dated 30.09.2021 quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and devoid of merit and consequentially direct the 1st and 3rd Respondent to permit the Petitioner to join service in the post of Probationary Single Window operator A as allotted to him under letter dated 30.09.2021 without any hindrance. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. She has addressed a letter to the Registry seeking for withdrawal of this writ petition.
