Respondent Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent include the name of the petitioner in the selection list for common recruitment for the post of Gr.II Police Constable (AR & TSP), Jail Warder and Fireman 2019, in pursuant to the Notification in advertisement No.1/2019 dated 06.03.2019 issued by the respondent based on the marks secured by the petitioner in the selection and consequently appoint the petitioner to the post of Gr.II Police Constable (AR & TSP), Jail Warder and Fireman 2019 as per merit in selection with all consequential benefits.
