Based on the letter given to the Registry, the matter was listed today under the caption "For Withdrawal". 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
