Cont.P.No.1450 of 2011 : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, praying to punish the respondent for committing contempt of court by willful disobedience by order dated 01.04.2011 in W.P.No.3916 of 2000.

For Petitioner : Mr.S.Sethuraman in both petitions For Respondent : Mr.V.P.Sengottuvel in both petitions C O M M O N O R D E R These petitions have been filed alleging willful disobedience of the common order passed by this Court on 01.04.2011 in W.P.Nos.3913 and 3916 of 2000.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that as against the order of the Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.3913 and 3916 of 2000, appeals have been preferred in W.A.Nos.2320 and 2321 of 2016 and the Hon'ble Division Bench has allowed the appeals, by judgment dated 10.12.2012.

Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
