ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 08.04.2015 made in WP.No.10165 of 2015.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.D.Vairamoorthy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the order in G.O.(D)No.55 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department dated 11.03.2016 and submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. Mr.K.Vasudevan, learned counsel for the petitioner also admitted the same.

3. Recording the above submissions, the contempt petition is closed.
