Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in connection with the order passed by the 3rd respondent vide Na. ka. No.A4 / 54120 / 2021 dated 05.01.2022 and quash the same and consequently directing the 3rd respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of Grade - II Police Constable / Jail Warden or Fireman in recruitment notification No.01/ 2020 dated 17.09.2020 issued by the 1st Respondent.
