PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents to not to harass the petitioner's trust members.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner's Trust members. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be issued for the Trust members unless if any individual is affected on the guise of enquiry by the 1st respondent Police.

3.Heard both sides.

4.On perusal of records, it is seen that the petitioner has no where stated that the respondent Police have harassed any person of his Trust, under the guise of enquiry. Hence, simply seeking protection to his entire trust members cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
