ORDER
The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking compensation.
2. On perusal of the records, it is seen that the petitioner had made his first representation on 20.09.2010 and it is pending for more than 14 years. Therefore, after 14 years, the prayer of the petitioner cannot be considered now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation on a fresh cause of action in the manner known to law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation, the second respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
