ORDER
This Court, in Crl.O.P. No.14825 of 2015, on 18.06.2015, passed the following order:
"3.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.421 of 2014 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. and Others [2013 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
(4) Crimes 243 (SC)."
This contempt petition is filed alleging that the respondent police has not complied with the aforesaid order passed by this Court.
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the respondent has complied with the aforesaid order and a case in Crime No.127/2016 has been registered on 30.03.2016 for offences under Sections 447 and 506 (I) IPC on the complaint given by the petitioner.
Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this contempt petition is closed.
