This petition has been filed to accept the deficit court of Rs.1,000/-, by condoning the delay of 140 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Since we are satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and the deficit court fee paid by the petitioner is accepted.

3. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter in regular course.
