No appearance on behalf of the revision petitioner.

2. The present Civil Revision Petition arises out of the orders passed in IA.No.552 of 2013 in OS.No.299 of 1996 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Vellore. The said IA.No.552 of 2013 was filed under Order VIII Rule 1A (3) of the Code of Civil Procedure praying to receive additional documents and mark the same as exhibits on the side of the defendant. The said application was allowed by the learned Principal District Munsif, Vellore vide his fair and decreetal orders dated 03.07.2013, as against which, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

3. Since the suit is of the year 1996, this Court directed the

Registry to ascertain whether the suit is still pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Vellore. Accordingly, a communication was sent by the Registry to the learned Principal District Munsif, Vellore and the learned Judge in response sent a letter dated 22.08.2019 in D.No.652 of 2019 to the Registry, stating that the suit in OS.No.299 of 1996 on their file was disposed of on 09.09.2016.

4. Since the main suit itself is disposed of, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition and therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
