Prayer : Civil Revision Petition filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the District Munsif, Alandur to expedite the trial in the O.S.No.798 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Alandur.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the O.S.No.789 of 2011 for the direction of permanent injunction restraining the defendants from alienating or

encumbering the schedule property. The suit was taken on file on M.GOVINDARAJ.,J.

kas 04.06.2013 and then it was posted for trial on 04.06.2015. Ever since the matter is pending in the same status without any progress and was adjourned to 28.03.2017 and in the evidence stage. Aggrieved over the non progress of the suit, the petitioner / plaintiff is before this court.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances and long pendency of the case, this court is inclined to direct the District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of O.S.No.798 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible. 3.With the above direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
