ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 06.02.2026 passed in Crl.MP.No.262 of 2026, on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that though the learned Sessions Judge dismissed the relaxation of bail on the ground that the petitioner herein had complied with the condition only a few days after dismissal order dated 06.02.2026, the petitioner has thereafter continuously complied with the said condition till yesterday.

In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
