O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No. 28967 of 2014 dated 27.01.2015.

2.Mr.Veera Kathiravan, learned counsel for the respondent submits that disciplinary committee has already conducted enquiry and they are waiting for discharge https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ summary from the second Hospital, where the petitioner

underwent the surgery. The learned counsel on instructions submitted that within a period of six weeks, they will conclude the enquiry and pass orders.

3. The Contempt Petition is closed by recording the aforesaid submissions and the respondent is directed to comply with the order in accordance with law.
