This application has been filed seeking to amend the spelling mistake as specified hereunder and consequently direct the Registry to amend the order dated 21.01.2026 in TOS No.46 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant(s) and the learned counsel for the respondent(s) who submits that he has got no objection in allowing this

application.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order copy and fresh order copy may be issued on application made by the learned counsel for both sides. Such corrections may be made and the order copy thereof be issued to the parties thereafter.
