This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the matter relates to the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. The petitioner is the wife of third respondent and she does not want to live with the petitioner and thereby, she had sent a communication to the first respondent and the second respondent.
