This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that based on the complaint, the second respondent registered an FIR in Crime No.90 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025. However, the enquiry is still pending.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third and fourth respondents, and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
